Frequently asked questions

Is there a setup fee?

No. Every plan is all-inclusive — no setup fees, no per-hire commissions.

What happens if I need more than my plan's monthly posting limit?

Upgrade to the next tier for more room, or reach out to our team — we can work with agencies that need higher volume as the platform grows.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Subscriptions are month-to-month with no long-term contract required.

Can I connect Verifei to my own hiring software?

Yes — Growth and Scale plans include a read-only API and webhooks, so your own ATS, CRM, or guard-management system can stay in sync with Verifei automatically: new applicants, hires, filled positions, and expiring credentials can all trigger an event in your existing tools. Create an API key from your dashboard once you're on one of those plans.

Is Verifei a staffing agency?

No. Verifei is a technology platform and advertising intermediary. We don't employ, place, or endorse guards — we give agencies structured access to guard-submitted credentials for their own review. Agencies are solely responsible for independently verifying licenses, running their own background checks, and meeting their own licensing and employment obligations.
