About the Role: We're looking for a client-focused Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned slate of sites, overseeing service delivery, staffing coverage, and client satisfaction on a Tuesday-Saturday schedule that ensures consistent, senior-level support through the weekend. Responsibilities: Manage schedules and shift assignments to ensure all sites have adequate coverage. Collaborate with recruiting and HR teams to fulfill staffing requirements. Develop account growth strategies aimed at meeting or exceeding revenue targets. Monitor overall service quality and ensure client expectations are consistently met. Address and resolve service-related issues, including employee call-outs and coverage gaps. Manage client contracts and agreements, including renewals, updates, and modifications. Ensure full contract compliance and on-time, on-budget deliverables. Maintain appropriate staffing levels at all sites under management. Provide consulting and advisory services to clients, including risk assessments and tailored security recommendations. Stay informed on industry trends and best practices. Offer training and support to clients on security systems and services. Prepare and deliver regular reports covering account performance, revenue forecasting, and client satisfaction metrics. Conduct site visits to evaluate service quality, staff performance, and client satisfaction. Other duties as assigned. Benefits: Medical Insurance, Paid Vacation, Paid Sick Days, Paid Holidays. Requirements
Must have knowledge of WinTeam. Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in account or operations management within the security industry. Education: College Degree.
