Pay range: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour. Dispatcher Responsibilities: Conduct roll call to confirm all scheduled personnel are present and ready at the start of each shift. Handle all incoming calls professionally, providing assistance or routing as needed. Assign officers and field supervisors to locations as required, including during incidents and emergencies. Guide officers during on-site incidents and deploy supervisors when necessary. Monitor all sites to ensure continuous coverage and respond to urgent coverage requests promptly. Verify clock-ins, meal breaks, and clock-outs to ensure accurate guard attendance. Reconcile billable and payable hours during roll call to avoid payroll or billing discrepancies. Document and issue violations for non-compliance with company policies. Act as the shift's central point of information and communication. Requirements
Must have 1 year of dispatching experience, or directly related experience. Experience with WinTeam or a similar security-related HRIS system is greatly preferred. Must be able to report to the main office 5 days weekly. Familiarity with the security industry. Strong phone-centric customer service background (call center, remote CSR, or similar) is ideal.
