F80 Supervisor - Queens Sites

Pay range: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour. A&H Security is seeking dedicated, experienced supervisors for sites in the Borough of Queens. Candidates must demonstrate patience and de-escalation skills while maintaining a firm presence with the staff. The F80 shift supervisor must be able to supervise security guards, conduct fire drills, write reports, patrol, stand at post, hold post position, and de-escalate incidents. Responsibilities also include coordinating emergency responses, training and leading security personnel, and maintaining accurate incident documentation. Additionally, you will ensure adherence to safety regulations and manage access control and surveillance systems. All homeless shelters require an individual holding a Certificate of Fitness for Coordinator of Fire Safety and Alarm Systems in Homeless Shelters (F-80). This certificate is also needed in any building or occupancy required to have a one-way voice communication system, regardless of occupancy classification, that is operated or occupied by more than 15 persons for a period of more than 30 days, including emergency shelters. Requirements
Applicants must hold: NYS Security Guard License, F02 License/Certification, F80 License, CPR/AED/First Aid training, and Mandated Reporter. Education: High School Diploma or High School Equivalency.
