  • For Guards: Name, contact information (mobile number, email), BSIS Guard Card number, permit status (Firearms/Baton), professional resume, and availability.
  • For Employers: Business name, PPO license number (if applicable), contact person details, and job requirements.
  • Automated Data: IP address, browser type, and platform usage analytics via our Softr/Airtable tech stack.
  • Verifying BSIS credentials.
  • Sending automated job alerts via SMS (Twilio).
  • Facilitating introductions between Guards and Employers.
  • Complying with California Civil Code § 1812.502 (Employment Agency Act exemptions).
  • No Sharing for Marketing: Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
  • Opt-In Data: All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
  • Purpose: SMS data is used strictly for operational job alerts and account security.
  • Right to Know: You may request a list of the personal information we have collected about you.
  • Right to Delete: You may request that we delete your personal information, subject to certain legal exceptions (e.g., BSIS audit requirements).
  • Right to Correct: You may request that we correct inaccurate information in your profile.
  • Right to Opt-Out of Sale/Sharing: Verifei does not sell your personal information. We only share information with Employers for the specific purpose of connecting you with work opportunities.
